We want participants to connect, collaborate, and co-learn via a delightful shared experiential learning journey we call the LXD Experience. For us, the key active ingredients required to achieve the LXD Experience are being learner-centered on an experiential level, collaborative, and energized by integrating guests sharing their experiences, as masterful role models in the subject matter domains.
We can achieve this unique LXD Experience within any learning context: academic, corporate, not-for-profit, NGO, CSO, Community, or multi-stakeholder ecosystemic initiatives; and, we can incorporate any curricular subject matter thematically required by the client organization.

As part of an internal Management of Technology leadership development program, we designed an 8 week curriculum and an experiential action learning team based program providing an introduction to the fundamentals of systems thinking applied to real time Toyota challenges and operations.
Engaged by Caterpillar LatAm to design a distributor targeted executive action learning experiential workshop to address three critical challenges: to harmonize marketing & sales adversarial relationships, to spark an innovation-centered cultural transformation, and to leverage online web video to complement B2B localized in-office sales activities.
We were engaged to develop and facilitate a 4 week leadership development learning experience, integrating the fundamentals of system dynamics methodology applied to real time TotalEnergies challenges and operations. All of the above was integrated in an experiential action learning team based experience.
As part of a corporate internal cultural transformation initiative, we designed a curriculum and an experiential action learning team based program providing an introduction to design thinking applied to real time GIRE Rapipago challenges and operations.
As part of an internal intrapreneurship leadership development program, we designed a one week experiential action learning team based program providing an introduction to applied innovation methods, frameworks and tools applied to real time Banco de Galicia challenges and operations.
Digital Business
We designed PND, a successful post-graduate program focused on the convergence of business and technology, across an array of industry and service verticals, covering healthcare, agriculture, advertising, finance, crypto- technologies, block chain, product design, innovation, economics, e-government, smart cities, creativity, and bio-mimicry, to name a few.
Smart Cities Program
The challenge was to develop an innovative 8 session intensive centered on surfacing the many facets and dimensions of “smart cities” as an emergent focal point for the times and challenges we face.
We developed an immersive collaborative experiential opportunity for international students to tackle team reports prepared for actual companies facing real life challenges relevant to the subject domain. Students were assisted by experienced professionals sharing their experiences in the trenches, meeting smart city related challenges.
We also provided Course facilitation services throughout.
We designed, organized, produced and delivered week-long Latin America System Dynamics conference experiences in 2007 and 2012.
Universidad Favaloro: Humanistic Healthcare Innovation Program
Designed a program integrating special health-tech guest experts, collaborative participant project engagement, discovery and inspiration-based exploration of healthcare technology innovators and organizations.
G100 provides workshops and events for owners of medium sized corporations, or senior management of larger organizations. owners or high level managers or high level employees from large organizations.
We developed a program methodology design for G100 workshops and other offerings integrating the LXD Experience into their pre-existing program offerings.
